    Style of play...
  • Follows USSSA Rules
  • Any ASA or USSSA approved bat is allowed
  • Batters start with a 1-1 count and 1 free foul
  • No metal cleats
  • Easton Softy ball
  • Pitchers can fake and pitch height is 3 ft. -10 ft.
  • Can pitch up to 6 ft. behind rubber
  • Ball going into the goal is worth 5 runs
  • Ball off netting is a live ball and can be caught
  • Balls hitting off the wall will be explained by ump.
  • Foul ball lines marked and pointed out by ump.

  • $395 + $10 ump. fee per game
  • Games on Thursdays (Tuesday overflow)
  • 7 players on field
  • All players can bat
  • 9 inning games or 50 minutes (which ever comes first)
  • $50 deposit is due at registration

Individual players will be placed on a team if a coach in the appropriate age bracket requests additional players to fill their roster. Additionally, if enough individual applications are received for a given age bracket River's Edge will form a new team made up of individual applicants.

If you are placed on a team the fee for individual registration is $70. Please do not submit payment until you receive confirmation that you have been placed on a team.
